1. Please call us at 1-877-517-9610 to obtain a return merchandise Authorization number (RMA)#.

2. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return package, not the original product packaging, please.

We will issue a credit/refund within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the credit card originally charged. If payment was originally made by check, please allow 10 days for the original check to clear before the refund check is issued.
